Registrations will open on Thursday 6 November 2025 at 19:00 CET in GLTA software.
Players will gain access on the main draw on a first come, first served basis. Players on the main draw (either for both or one event) will receive a confirmation from us the first days after registration (sent from brusselswithlove@bgs.org – keep an eye on your spam). Players who didn’t register in time to make it to the main draw will be placed on the waiting list. Players on the waiting list will also receive an email from us the first days after the registration and will be notified once a spot opens up.
The players list (main draw and waiting list) will be published in GLTA software after payment requests are sent out. Waiting list will appear in random order in GLTA software (not in order of the registration time).
In case you participate in both singles and doubles, the level you register for in each event can only be one level apart (for example singles in A and doubles in B).
If you want to register with your doubles partner, both have to be registered in time to be sure that you can actually play together. In doubles, pairs must choose the appropriate division based on the level of the strongest player.
Draw sizes can be changed in order to suit the number of incoming registrations. Events can be cancelled or changed during the registration period. Once registration is closed, some categories can be merged depending on the number of participants per level.
(*) BGS members get a reduction when participating in both events
A few days after the registration the players on the main draw (for 1 or 2 events) will receive an invoice and a link with an online payment request from Brussels Gay Sports by email (from noreply@twizzit.com – through Twizzit, the administration platform from BGS).
Please finalise your payment within 7 days after receiving this payment request, otherwise you will be put on the waiting list and somebody from the waiting list will get your spot.
Please note that players are responsible for all bank charges for international transfers.
If you have any issues with the registration or the payment, contact us.
Until the withdrawal deadline in GLTA software (15 January 2026), you get 100% refund of the players fee. Please contact us to arrange the refund.
After the withdrawal deadline, we can not guarantee a full refund.
Brussels Gay Sports reserves the right to cancel any registration which does not meet the registration conditions or which it deems unacceptable.
