Tapalanote is the choir of Brussels Gay Sports. Made up of about forty members, we are looking for enthusiastic new singers to join us!
Don't know how to sing yet, or don't read music? No problem: bring your good humour and enthusiasm and we will work together to help you learn to sing. Atmosphere & fun are guaranteed!
We sing a varied repertoire - from pop music (Queen, Abba, Indochina ...), to classical, via gospel, and jazz. Our music always reflects who we are: a lesbian and gay choir having fun, with openness and tolerance at heart.
In addition to weekly rehearsals, Tapalanote organises an annual residential course over a weekend to work intensively on our pieces, and also to have fun and get to know each other.
Our hard work culminates in the highlight of the season - concerts in Belgium and abroad, inside and on the street, small and large. Each season, we invite other choirs, from Belgium and elsewhere, to join us on stage. We learn a lot through these exchanges, but more to the point, we have great fun in sharing a common passion with fellow singers.

Cost

Membership fee: 15 euro

Price per session
6 euro (normal price) or 3 euro (full-time student)

Subscription (10 months):
