Stressed at work? Feeling like cooling down a bit?

Come and join us to practice yoga and restore (or maintain) a healthy mind in a healthy body.

Our coach Carlos teaches a very energetic type of yoga called Kundalini Yoga. This stimulates in us an unsuspected source of energy situated in the lower back.

Kundalini Yoga can be practiced by everyone and fits in well with our western life style. It is not necessary to be extremely fit to practice this. As long as you can breathe and move normally, you should be able to get the most out of the exercises.

Sign-up Conditions:

  • BGS membership dues paid up for the season (€20 from September until August or €10 from May).
  • To help ensure that classes run smoothly, you have to decide beforehand if you want to attend both weekly classes, or only either the Tuesday group or the Thursday group. You will not be able to attend classes you didn’t sign up for. It will not be possible to pay a drop-in fee.


Subscription for one class per week:

  • from September until June: €160
  • from January until June: €110
  • from April until June: €60


Subscription for two classes per week:

  • from September till June: €300
  • from January till June: €210
  • from April till June: €115


Price per session:

€8 or €4 (social rate or day student)

Your first time is always free.
