Welcome to the page of Zinneke sticks, a brand new team created in March 2023 in Brussels! After inclusive hockey teams in Amsterdam, London and Copenhagen, Brussels now has its own diverse team open to all.

Our main goal: to create an environment where everyone can play hockey while being themselves. Whether you’re a true pro or a beginner, everyone is welcome in our team.

The training consists of several parts: a warm-up followed by practical exercises and tactical drills. The training ends with a small friendly match.

The team also participates in tournaments, friendlies and training camps, in Belgium and abroad. An opportunity to travel, have fun and meet some new people!

We’re excited that our team is growing! However, the facilities we currently have don’t allow us to continue at such a high rate of growth. Since we still want to make sure that new players can join us, we have chosen to limit the number of open free sessions to three during the 2023-2024 season. The next session will take place on 15 October 2023 and then again at the end of February 2024 as well as the week before Pride 2024 in Brussels. The exact dates will be communicated at a later date.
