Pilates

During the Pilates classes we will work on breathing, concentration, balance and rythm as well as on your muscular endurance. Although classes require some concentration, they are very relaxing and your evening can start with an new type of energy.

The Pilates method has been developped at the beginning of the 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It focusses on alignment and breathing and allows you to develop a strong 'powerhouse'. Pilates helps you to improve coordination and balance.

Graduated from the Conservatoire National de Musique et de Danse in Nantes and to the Jeune Ballet Atlantique of La Rochelle, our instructor Anna-Maria later studied during 4 years at the Folkwang Universität in Germany – technique Kurt Joss – Dance Theater from Pina Bausch. In 2014 she integrate the Pole d'Enseignement Superieur Spectacle Vivant to obtain her contemporary dance master of teaching. Since 2 years, Anna-Maria develop her own process of work and followed Pilates education to the Corpus studio where she graduated.

€6 or €3 (social rate or day student)
