Pilates

During the Pilates classes we will work on breathing, concentration, balance and rythm as well as on your muscular endurance. Although classes require some concentration, they are very relaxing and your evening can start with an new type of energy.

The Pilates method has been developped at the beginning of the 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It focusses on alignment and breathing and allows you to develop a strong 'powerhouse'. Pilates helps you to improve coordination and balance.

Our instructor Paola Di Bella is an Italian dancer and actor. She studied at the Laban Center dance conservatory in London in 2010. She has been working as a certified Pilates instructor at Corpus Studio in Brussels since 2013. Throughout her career as a dancer, she has worked on several disciplines, including gyrotonic, yoga and body building. She structures her energising, dynamic group classes around fostering physical well-being by developing harmony on a muscular and postural level.

Every Wednesday from 19.45 to 20.45 (Summer break from mid July to end of August)

€6 or €3 (social rate or day student)
