During the Pilates classes we will work on breathing, concentration, balance and rythm as well as on your muscular endurance. Although classes require some concentration, they are very relaxing and your evening can start with an new type of energy.
The Pilates method has been developped at the beginning of the 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It focusses on alignment and breathing and allows you to develop a strong 'powerhouse'. Pilates helps you to improve coordination and balance.
Our instructor Orazio Giurdanella is an experienced teacher, who listens to his students and tailors instruction to various levels, personalizing classes to meet the specific needs of his students.
Orazio has many years of experience in North America and Europe as a well-being professional teaching Pilates, Hydro-Pilates, yoga and dance (ballet and modern), to both children and adults in Miami, Chicago, New York, Montréal and Brussels.
Some of his skills are, being highly organised, detail-oriented and attentive, with a strong ability to adapt to changes and new circumstances. He demonstrates excellence in service relations utilising invaluable interpersonal and communication skills.
