Body Condition is an ideal mix of cardio and muscular enhancement workout with a special focus on abdominal, pecs and back muscles.
Every session is different, with a variety of activities including step-based training and free-body movements. These exercises are designed to incite coordination and always go along with great music and lots of fun. Of course we always finish with some relaxing stretching. You’ll notice the results after just a few sessions!
